NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT SERVICE REQUEST FOR QUOTES
The National Environment Service (NES) is seeking qualified professionals to support project implementation through an exciting new consultancy.
The Chief Strategy Adviser will play a lead role in the design, planning and implementation of the GEF-funded RESPONSE projects.
The position will lead in setting project strategy, strategic planning, intervention design, project management, project performance and monitoring, evaluation and reporting (MER).
This role will work closely with the RESPONSE Project Manager, lead advisers and advisers for project components, NES staff, key project partners and regional stakeholders.
