Infrastructure Cook Islands (ICI) seeks a suitable contractor to undertake construction works within 2 streams in Nikao, located between the Nicholas and Fisher homes and Sam Brown’s property in Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
Interested contractors are requested to submit a tender to implement the procurement of products outlined within the RFT. Files can be obtained by registering your interest on the Cook Islands Government Procurement Portal https:// intendhostco.uk/adbprocurementnetwork/aspx/Home and downloading all files relating to this RFT.
Submissions close at 4:00pm, Friday 27th February 2026, and must be submitted as per the requirements of the RFT via online submission to the Procurement Portal before the deadline.
