REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT) (NZS 3910:2013)

RAROTONGA BRIDGE AND STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE

The Cook Islands Government through Infrastructure Cook Islands (ICI) is seeking suitably qualified tenderers to submit a tender for the Rarotonga Bridge and Structure Maintenance 2017/18, Rarotonga, Cook Islands.

ICI is implementing a maintenance programme as part of the management of the Cook Islands Governments road assets, specifically bridges and structures as part of the road network.

This maintenance programme aims to maximise the service life of the existing bridges and structures on the road network, improving the service levels provided by these assets and reducing the lifecycle costs of these assets.

This RFT is for the maintenance of the selected bridges and structures as part of the road network on the Island of Rarotonga in the Cook Islands for the 2017/18 financial year and works include;

General structural works
Concrete repairs, crack injection, Corrosion protection
Repair and/or Construction of scour protection,
Culvert and headwall repairs and/or construction
Pedestrian and vehicle barrier repairs and replacement
Service relocation and protection.

Tenderers should ensure they are registered accordingly on the Cook Islands Government E-Government Procurement portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/adbprocurementnetwork/aspx/Home, and have downloaded or received all files for the RFT including all prospective notices. Files can also be obtained below or online via www.ici.gov.ck.

Closing Date: 3pm Friday 20^thApril 2018 (new date see Notice 3 below).
