The Cook Islands Investment Corporation invites tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for the MFEM Modular Offices project. This RFT is for two (2) contracts. Responses to this RFT must be for both contracts covering the whole of the works.
The RFT is based on the Early Contractor Involvement approach whereby a Contractor will be engaged in the first instance as a design consultant. The aim is to have the Contractor bring buildability and practical advice to the design process, before a design and cost is finalised. Once the design is finalised and a final price is accepted, the Contractor will be engaged to supply/build the modular offices.
