REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Cook Islands Government through Infrastructure Cook Islands (ICI) is seeking suitably qualified contractors to provide a quotation for the undertaking of services relating to the production of aggregates at the Atiu Quarry for the Atiu Airport and Atiu Road Improvement Projects.
Bidders should ensure they are registered and have downloaded or received all files for the RFQ including all prospective notices. Files can be obtained either online via www.procurement.gov.ck, www.ici.gov.ck or on request to the contact officer’s email below.
Tenders close at 3 pm on Tuesday, 10th October 2017, and must be submitted as follows:
- Two original hard copy proposals shall be placed in an envelope marked “CONFIDENTIAL” and have the following information clearly exhibited on the outside:
Name of the [Crown agency responsible for the RFQ].
- [title and Reference No].
- Quotation [closing time and date].
