The Cook Islands Government is seeking tender submissions for a Finance Specialist service contract to form part of the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the Southern Group Renewables Programme.
The contract will contribute to the effective performance of the Executing Entity function, by providing support to the Project Management Unit in leading the financial planning, reporting and implementation of the Renewables development program for the Cook Islands. It will provide specialist support to the PMU enabling compliance with fiduciary standards outlined in Ministry of Finance and Economic Management financial policies and procedures.
