Request for Proposal – Contracted Cleaning Services

The Bank of the Cook Islands (BCI) invites proposal from qualified contractors for internal and
external cleaning services at BCI House, Avarua.

The scope includes daily cleaning, scheduled deep
cleans, waste management, and supply of consumables.

Services begin at 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

The contract term is one year, with 4-monthly performance reviews.

Interested contractors must submit proposals including service charges, staffing plans, schedules,
equipment lists, and proof of insurance and compliance.
