REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT)
Tereora Drainage Improvements
Infrastructure Cook Islands (ICI) seeks to procure a suitable supplier to undertake the Tereora Drainage Improvements works in Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
Interested suppliers are requested to submit a tender to undertake the scope of works outlined within the RFT and associated documents which includes the demolition and removal of existing culverts, construction of 1200mm diameter storm water culvert and drainage improvements at Tereora College in Nikao, Rarotonga.
Tenderers should ensure they are registered accordingly on the Cook Islands Government E-Government Procurement portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/adbprocurementnetwork/aspx/Home, and have downloaded or received all files for the RFT including all prospective notices.
Tenders close at 12:00pm (mid-day), 31 May 2019 (note: closing time has been extended -refer to NTT001) , and must be submitted as per the requirements of the RFT.

Please be advised that a Notice to Tenderer (NTT001 & NTT002) has been issued. These notices and all supporting documents are accessible via the the Cook Islands Government E-Government Procurement portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/adbprocurementnetwork/aspx/Home, once registration is complete.
It is important to note that the schedule of prices has since been amended (refer to NTT001). As such, please complete the amended Schedule of Price instead, when submitting a tender bid.
