IT Business Support
Reporting to the Manager – Information Communications & Technology, the IT Business Support is responsible for delivering on the banks strategic plans and vision in respect to IT support and primarily our efficient and effective use of Ultracs, our core banking system, in line with Prudential Guidelines, Bank Policies and Guidelines and service level agreement to customers throughout the Cook Islands.
The position will be responsible for:
(i) Exploring and implementing opportunities for efficient & effective use of Ultracs whether new Products and or System Functionality.
(ii) Managing IT Projects as required
(iii) Assisting the wider IT team to manage the Bank’s Information Technology infrastructure and Management Information systems to deliver on BCIs Vision, Strategic Plans and Objectives
