Request for Tender for Consultancy Services
Ministry of Internal Affairs seeks a suitably qualified company or individual/s to submit a tender for the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) National Reform project.
The project is aimed at creating a new OSH bill. It also comprises the review of the existing Employers Liability Insurance (ELI) Regulations 1975 and the Workers Compensation (WC) Ordinance 1964, to be adopted as new regulations to the new OSH bill.
This project is phased out in three stages, which can each be tendered out separately or can be tendered out as a whole.

Phase 3. Legislation Drafting Instructions
Deadline to submit tender documents is 7th February 2018 at 04:00 pm.
Deadline to submit tender documents has been extended to 14th February 2018 at 04:00 pm.
Both paper and electronic submissions are possible. Tender documents with full details can be obtained from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
