Request for Tender for Consultancy Services
Ministry of Internal Affairs seek a suitably qualified company or individual to submit a tender for the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) National Reform project.
The project is aimed at creating a new OSH bill. It also comprises the review of the existing Employers Liability Insurance (ELI) Regulations 1975 and the Workers Compensation (WC) Ordinance 1964, to be adopted as new regulations to the new OSH bill.
This project is phased out in three stages, which can each be tendered out separately or can be tendered out as a whole.

Phase 2. Policy Document
Phase 3. Legislation Drafting Instructions
Deadline to submit tender documents is 8th January 2018 at 4:00 pm.
Both paper and electronic submissions are possible. Tender documents with full details can be obtained from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
