The Cook Islands Ministry of Internal Affairs and the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade seek suitable a individual or small team to submit a proposal for the provision of evaluation services of the Cook Islands Social Impact Fund (SIF). The evaluation is being conducted to identify learnings focused on SIF and inform decision making on the future of the SIF.
