RFT Purchase and Supply of ICI Bitumen Truck C15 13 PRInfrastructure Cook Islands (ICI) seeks tender proposals from Contractors for the Purchase and Supply of Bitumen Truck and Mobile Kettle, Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
