- Evaluation services: Evaluation Advisor for the Air New Zealand Underwrite

The purpose of the Evaluation services is to evaluate and assess the social, economic and environmental impact to the Cook Islands of the air New Zealand underwrite of Sydney and Los Angeles routes. The purpose of the evaluation adviser is to provide expert level evaluation advice to the evaluation team leader and steering group appointed by MFEM. The role will include peer reviewing and providing assistance to the evaluation team on the overall evaluation methodology, reports and ensuring compliance with and identifying improvements to Te Tarai Vaka framework.
Reporting services: MFEM’s Development Coordination Division (DCD) requires expertise to complete various project completion reports. This includes the finalization of the Mauke and Mitiaro harbour completion report, and the Cyclone Recovery Reconstruction Plan (CRRP) completion report. In addition, DCD might require expertise to complete various other completion reports that have yet to be determined. The various reports should be using ‘Te Tarai Vaka’, the Cook Islands Activity Management System. Te Tarai Vaka documents and templates can be found at http://www.mfem.gov.ck/ams.
