Request for Quotes (RFQ): Capacity Needs Assessment Consultant
Through the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme, we cordially invite submissions of quotations from suitably qualified individuals with relevant experience to conduct a Capacity Needs Assessment for the GCF Integrated Results Management Framework (IRMF). The purpose of this assessment is to support the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management (MFEM) and its stakeholders in the formulation of comprehensive funding proposals that are consistent with the updated GCF IRMF. Additionally, it aims to strengthen the monitoring and reporting capabilities for climate-related indicators within the GCF programmes in the Cook Islands.

Contract Commencement: January 24, 2025
