The National Environment Service (NES) is seeking experienced consultants to support project implementation for the following positions:
Senior Technical Advisor – RESPONSE Project
The Senior Technical Advisor will advise, guide and support the planning and implementation of the GEF-funded Plastic REBOOT – Cook Islands RESPONSE project.
The position will provide technical and scientific direction, expertise, M&E and coordination support to the Project Management Unit (PMU) and the Chief Strategy Adviser.
