Infrastructure Cook Islands (ICI) proposals from suitable consultants to design a standard sludge treatment facility to handle the sludge and scum waste from septic tanks in the Pa Enua (Outer Islands) of the Cook Islands.
Interested consultants are requested to submit a proposal to implement the procurement of services outlined within the RFQ. Files can be obtained by emailing the Contact Officer below.
Submissions close at 4:00pm, Thursday 6th August 2026 (CI Time), and must be either emailed to the below Contact Officer or hand delivered to reception at Infrastructure Cook Islands before the deadline.
