DEADLINE EXTENDED
The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC), as Secretariat to the Infrastructure Committee (IC), invites suitably qualified and experienced consultants to submit quotations for the development of the National Infrastructure Investment Plan (NIIP) Close-Up, a supplementary guidance document to the NIPP 2021-2031.
The assignment includes: (i) assessing progress against the NIPP 2021-2031; (ii) develop a medium-term (4–5 year) rolling indicative infrastructure pipeline aligned with the Government’s Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Policy Framework 2026, including a review of the Framework and integration of its requirements into the NIIP Close-Up; and (iii) support the integration and application of a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework.
