Major Projects and Procurement Support division of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management (MFEM) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional (individual or firm) who will provide a formal Completion Report that evaluates the Project’s performance, delivery of outputs and outcomes, compliance with implementation and safeguard requirements; and, lessons to inform future major CIG investments:
- Assess project performance using ADB’s latest completion evaluation criteria (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact);
- Integrate TVP project delivery, governance, and reporting expectations;
- Provide a comprehensive record of project results, achievements, financial performance, safeguards compliance, and procurement processes;
- Capture lessons learned and recommendations for future renewable energy initiatives and remote-island project delivery.
